• Ordering Information
  
  1. All products are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis
  2. To place an order, fill in the order form under the relevant tab
  3. Prices listed are all in SGD dollars
  •  Payment Mode
  1. All payments are to be made via local ATM transfers or internet banking. (We require a snapshot of the ATM receipt.)
  2. Information on payment will be sent to customers through an email invoice after we receive the form
  3. All payments are to be made within 24 hours of your order or the product will be made available to the next interested buyer
  4. Once the order for a product is made, we will not accept backing out
  •  Shipping Information
  1. All prices listed are inclusive of the usual mailing cost
  2. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged mail
  3. We recommend using the registered postage which will cost an additional $2.25
  4. All products will be mailed out within two to three working days of the payment
  • Exchange Policy
  1. All products are non-refunable and non-exchangeable
  2. We will accept an exchange of a defective product
  3. Defective product must be mailed back to us within three working days for the exchange to be valid
  4. However, this is subject to stock availability
